All encryption and decryption processes occur locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your encrypted data or encryption keys. Your data never leaves your device.
5. Limitation of Liability
Cypheria is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the application.
6. Key Security
You are solely responsible for:
- Safeguarding your encryption keys
- Remembering your encryption keys
- Any consequences resulting from lost or forgotten keys
Important: Without your encryption key, it is impossible to decrypt your data. We cannot recover lost keys.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Cypheria:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the application after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Termination

All encrypted files and data are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data. You are responsible for:

- Securing your device
- Managing your encryption keys
